We would like to introduce you to Universal Limited, Incorporated. A family business founded in 1974 and 37 years in business, to serve the commercial and industrial insulation markets.
We have grown to include insulation, fireproofing, scaffold rental and erection, siding, roofing, and refractory services.

Safety
Universal and its employees are committed to working safely. Weekly safety meetings are mandatory on all projects and each quarter we bring in our superintendents for a day of safety training at our office. Our EMR of 0.78 (2010) is a reflection of our commitment to safety.
Universal maintains skilled crews of trade craftsmen, experienced in insulation, scaffold erection, refractory, roofing, and siding required in our industry. We have highly qualified supervisory personnel in all the trades we use.
Our estimating force is accurate, fast and experienced in our in-house, computerized estimating programs. We have a computerized job control system that is excellent in keeping us on top of all schedules, labor, and materials.
